Glazed pork belly
Honeycrisp apple and chestnut puree
Spiced pumpkin puree
Pickled pumpkin
Cider foam (using versa whip)
Port, maple, and bliss vinegar gelee(using agar agar)
Shaved pumpkin seed brittle and pieces
